Where do you turn when you need advice or guidance? I run things by my colleagues. We have a very open and fluid communications approach so if there’s something I’m not sure of … I’ll run by it my colleagues here.
Who were your mentors along the way? The mentors that I’ve had have been those tough coaches in my various athletic endeavors. You push yourself hard, but coaches have a way of holding the bar even higher. My idol is Vince Lombardi because he pushed work ethic so hard. That’s how we push ourselves. We must do well for our clients and to do that we must work incredibly hard.
