March was the (un)official start of our spring event season, and we were buzzing like bees throughout the month. From historical milestones to multi-day conferences, our team played a crucial part in celebrating what makes our city special. Here’s a look back:
South Boston St. Patrick’s Day Parade
On March 15, we partnered with the South Boston Allied War Veterans Council to host the biggest St. Patrick’s Day celebration in the country, and the largest single-day event in Boston. This year, the parade not only celebrated Boston’s Irish heritage but also the 250th anniversary of Evacuation Day.
We assisted with marketing and parade logistics to ensure more than 3,000 parade participants and one million spectators could safely celebrate St. Patrick’s Day along the 3.8-mile parade route.

Knox Trail 250 & Evacuation Day 250
After months of traveling through New York and Massachusetts, Knox Trail 250 has finished! As a finale for the sequenced program, we executed a commemorative ceremony to honor the 250th anniversary of Evacuation Day on March 17 at Dorchester Heights. The free event attracted hundreds of guests, and included a procession, remarks from elected officials, historical reenactors, and more.
Overlooking Boston and Boston Harbor, our team delivered an event that honored the legacy and sacrifice of Henry Knox.
2026 Disrupting Poverty Conference
From March 23–26, we handled attendee check-in and overall event management at EMPath’s 2026 Disrupting Poverty Conference at Boston University. Gathering more than 400 attendees, the biennial conference featured accomplished keynote speakers, multiple interactive workshops, and a public film screening. After months of pre-event brainstorming and planning, our team also provided on-site staffing and support.

Massachusetts Governor’s Conference on Travel & Tourism
We helped the Bay State shine at the Massachusetts Governor’s Conference on Travel & Tourism from March 24–25! More than 400 travel and tourism professionals met with vendors from around their industry, enjoyed insightful panels, and built excitement and gameplans for a big year of visitation for the Commonwealth. Our team managed the event’s many details, and are proud to help position Massachusetts as a premier tourist destination for 2026 and beyond.
