January may have been cold, but we brought the heat at events across the state! From dinners to historical processions, January set the tone for a big 2026. Let’s look back at last month!
Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Annual Dinner
On January 29, we managed registration and check-in at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston’s Annual Dinner, the organization’s largest fundraising event of the year. Hundreds of Boston’s top business, political, and civic leaders gathered at the Omni Boston Hotel to celebrate and support the Boys & Girls Clubs’ impact on the lives of young people in Greater Boston.

The 2026 Pinnacle Awards
On January 30, we returned to the Omni Boston Hotel to manage registration and guest check-in for the 2026 Pinnacle Awards! Hosted by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the annual event honors the contributions of powerful women in their workplaces and communities.

Knox Trail 250
We had a blast (to the past) honoring the 250th anniversary of the arrival of Colonel Henry Knox and his Noble Train of Artillery into Massachusetts! The commemorative sequenced program started at Alford and Great Barrington, MA, and then moved eastward toward Springfield and Worcester.
We’re proud to continue our support in speaker coordination, marketing, PR, and overall event management for the 250th anniversary of Knox Trail, and we’re excited to be a part of the action until Evacuation Day in March.
