As summer hits its stride, we’re taking a breath to reflect on the amazing June events we helped produce. From celebrating Pride Month to historical milestones, June brought the heat with a packed event schedule.

Let’s take a look back at June’s festivities that kept our team on its toes.

Gala on The Greenway and Glow in the Park

Lighting up the Greenway

On June 5 and 6, we supported the Greenway Conservancy in the execution of back-to-back fundraising events at Rings Fountain. The fountain’s spray cooled us off as we assisted with set-up, checked-in guests, and oversaw the flow of both events. The Gala on the Greenway brought Boston’s best-dressed to the Rose Kennedy Greenway, followed the next day by a vibrant celebration for young professionals, Glow in the Park, to keep the momentum going.

Spectacle on Spectacle: The Power of Now

Ferrying across Boston’s Harbor

We brought the party to Spectacle Island as we teamed up with Boston Harbor Now for their annual fundraising event, Spectacle on Spectacle, on June 12. Our team enjoyed a beautiful sunset while managing an evening of music and mingling. Guests reflected on the evening’s theme, “The Power of Now,” as they supported the organization’s efforts to protect Boston’s waterways for future generations.

The Road of Rainbows Pride 5K

Running has never been so colorful

In celebration of Pride Month, we were proud to team up with the Boston Theater Company for the Road of Rainbows Pride 5K on June 14. Nearly 1,000 participants flooded Boston Common with every color of the rainbow to run, walk, or dance through the course, and enjoy a wide variety of perf. We kept the party going after the race with Boston’s best drag performers at the first-ever Pride Outside Party.

Bunker Hill 250

Celebrating 250 years of history

We collaborated with the National Park Service for a 5-day series of events in commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill in Charlestown. Public officials, reenactors, and local residents gathered at the cornerstone of the Bunker Hill Monument to remember the battle that kickstarted the birth of our nation and its ideals. Some of the events held over the course of the week included a Remembrance Ceremony, Flag Ceremony, and Immigration and Naturalization Ceremony.
